MEMBERSHIP
If you are a multi-agency / third-sector / private sector that works with young people, either as a primary or secondary function, then we would love you to join this dynamic & active ‘purpose-driven’ network.
Membership involvement is as little or as much as you want with no annual fee & access to the networking WhatsApp group, monthly face-to-face breakfasts, purpose-driven project working groups & network days away.

The team will then be in touch & add you to our membership network & WhatsApp group, where most of the key dates & updates are posted, alongside email invites.
PODS (PLACE OF DEVELOPMENT)
WORKING GROUPS
PODS are specifically set up to develop, monitor and evaluate the SOTYC’s ‘purpose-driven projects’ and are made up of volunteers from SOTYC members and ‘sector experts’ relevant to each project.

VOLUNTEER
Volunteering is at the heart of what we do as a collective from serving the vision, to giving time to support other organisations & young people themselves.
​
Anyone aged 13 or over can become a SOT youth collective volunteer & get involved in a facet of the network you are passionate about.

If you are a KEELE university student then we operate funded SOTYC INTERNSHIPS giving you 75 hours of hands on experience & connection with a wide range of diverse citywide youth agencies.

If you are over 18, an informal interview will be held to confirm your suitability. An enhanced DBS check will also be required for all successful applicants before they can begin working with the collective If you are under 18, a full risk assessment will be undertaken before your start date.
