As the Stoke-on-Trent Youth Collective, we now have 3 fantastic administrators who oversee the background operations of the youth collective, working alongside the trustees/leadership team & network members to drive our organisation forward with excellence.
Our Leadership Team
The SOT youth collective leadership team is a group of incredibly skilled & experienced CEO’s, organisational leaders, key influencers & volunteers who come from a diverse range of backgrounds & multi-agencies.
​As a CIO on the leadership team, I work with 5 trustees who oversee governance, finance & vision.

Each member of our LT has their own unique contribution to the work of the collective & work closely together to reframe the negative messages within modern youth culture, encouraging disadvantaged young people in Stoke-on-Trent to make better lifestyle choices, raise their aspirations & realise their self-worth.
In equal measure, the youth collectives' wider members network is made up of highly skilled, experienced & passionate people who work tirelessly daily with young people across the city to provide opportunities, infuse value & create outstanding interventions & engagements for city youth, who also contribute to the PODS [working groups], monthly breakfasts & WhatsApp group.
