1. Leadership Team: Oversees the development of the collective this includes strategy, forward planning, finance, and growth, made up of a diverse group of local organisations being:

Members Network - a general membership of the youth collective where you can relationally connect to other youth focused organisations through our WhatsApp group, relational monthly breakfasts & training events (without commitments to the purpose driven projects (working groups) of the collective.

3. PODS - Place of Development (Working) Groups - oversees primarily the practical implementation of the purpose-driven projects of the collective envisioned by young people, & members network.

As a movement, being a multi-agency movement, we operate a terms of reference framework with due diligence.
Volunteering & Youth participation is at the heart of what we do & are. We deliver SHAPE YOUR GEN youth voice & create opportunities to get involved in numerous aspects of the SOTYC through PODS [working groups] & PROJECTS.
